Their availability is amazing because most of their team is in Romania, so we have a time difference. Still, they’re always there when we need them. Whenever we need a new feature done, I simply send Synergo Group an email, and they create and implement it in a matter of weeks.

Outside of these meetings, the team was self-sufficient with minimal need for oversight. The time gap between the US and Europe wasn’t an issue, as Synergo was always willing to work odd hours in support of our needs.
