We had regular sprint meetings throughout the project, from setting project goals, understanding the data tools and current challenges, keeping us updated on the progress and also applying the feedback given to the designs.       Memory Squared exhibited exceptional project management skills. They consistently met deadlines and were highly responsive to our needs, making adjustments to the project scope dynamically based on ongoing feedback and testing results. The possibility of seeing real-time changes in Figma helped with the coordination, as we didn’t have to wait for the designers to send us their work – we could always open the tab and see them but also leave our real-time comments concerning the changes. This gave us a real connection with our work and a mutual understanding between our point of view and the designers’ point of view. We cooperated during the testing stage on perfecting the design and made minor changes to the user journey, as our employees found some features not ideal. The iterative process of testing and feedback was invaluable, as it allowed us to refine the product continuously and address any issues promptly.
