They were committed to meeting the launch date we originally agreed to but I pushed it back by two weeks to allow more time on my delivery. They were hyperfocused on my new site in the period following the launch to quickly edit, tweak any issues or typos from the QA process. They are very responsive over slack and email and having a key Account Manager at the ready as an extension of my team and a senior Account Director familiar with my company/scope on hand when strategic decisions were needed was critical to our success and speed!

Whenever we had feedback or a request, they turned things around quickly, and they were very organized in terms of what was missing, what deliverables we should expect, and what feedback loops we had. Wundersdogs was explicit with our timeline and kept me (the client) on track to meet our deadline. They were committed to meeting the launch date we originally agreed to but I pushed it back by two weeks to allow more time on my delivery. They were hyperfocused on my new site in the period following the launch to quickly edit, tweak any issues or typos from the QA process. They are very responsive over slack and email and having a key Account Manager at the ready as an extension of my team and a senior Account Director familiar with my company/scope on hand when strategic decisions were needed was critical to our success and speed!

They did a lot of studying on us to understand our purpose, and I felt they did that really well, owning the project and feeling connected to it. Our account representative is fantastic with managing the various projects. Everything has always come in within budget and on time, unless there has been a major delay on our part. I have been extremely pleased that from their end, everything runs on time, and we have a project schedule to which we strictly adhere. The quality of work is great, too. There have been a couple of projects where we were upgrading the Sitecore system; we had to upgrade from Sitecore 6.1 to 6.5. That upgrade was completely flawless. Projects never come in early and under-budget; that never happens. I feel very confident in working with them, and that’s largely why this year we’re jumping into such large projects with them. They have a proven track record with us.
