They put a lot of effort into this and solved many issues, which was highly appreciated. Monily identified which states we were required to be collecting and report sales tax on. They led this initiative from start to "finish" and continue to maintain our state tax filing and payments. We regularly ask Monily for financial details relating to a specific period of time for investors, 409a valuations, etc. and they are always happy to provide these and within the timeline requested.
