The Management team at IMC was known to my organization and hence we felt comfortable to work with them on this project.

We worked with IMC to help us with the initial suggestion of the framework & guidance and followed by the business setup of our Subsidiary company at Dubai Jebal Ali Free Zone.

IMC handled the complete processes involved with this project. Very professional and understood our business needs and were able to guide us through all aspects of the project. IMC continues to offer their services to advise with the changing local laws, compliances and audit and other need based advisory services.

IMC has assigned a lead project manager at their Dubai office who handled all coordination with our Chennai office Corporate team for the initial set up.

The project was completed as planned.
