We are not very technically advanced, but the cool thing about Simon is that he is very adaptive. We communicate via email and in addition to that, we also communicate via WhatsApp which works very well for me because I am quite busy. COAL has been adaptive. For example, the gentleman that I work alongside is not very technically advanced and Simon has adapted the way he works and has used WhatsApp, which is very effective for what we do. Simon and I have had conversations at 4 o’clock in the morning. He’s the type of person I can call whenever.
