Every week, we had check-ins where progress was shared and feedback was encouraged. When we needed changes, even mid-sprint, they were open and quick to adjust without letting it affect the timeline too much. One thing I really appreciated was how available they made themselves. Whether it was answering a quick Slack message or jumping on a call to discuss a last-minute feature idea, they always responded quickly and with a solution-driven mindset. It really felt like they were part of our team.
