Any problems were identified as early as possible and dealt with in a collaborative manner. We would not maintain the relationship if we weren't impressed with the initial development. iWeb has an in-house project management tool. We write tickets via email which are automatically picked up at their end. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They adapt to the client's technical level during discussions.
