Our Story
Founded in 2005 as Vangtel Mexico, we landed our 1st client in 2008 and rebranded to Intugo in 2014 as our model and industry reach expanded. Today, we help mid‑to‑large companies build and lead their own teams in Mexico—while we run the backend (recruiting, HR, payroll, compliance, facilities). Clients often start with 3–5 people and scale past 300. We’re proudly part of the Tetakawi Group (formerly The Offshore Group). Our mission is to create great jobs and help clients compete globally.
