The overall timeline took longer than planned. This is mainly due to the additional contents/pages we added during the implementation. Originally we were planning to start with around 15 pages, it ended up we had 40+ pages when the website was launched. This gave the project team more workloads. They were able to reallocate their resources and accommodated our new requirements fairly quickly.
