They are also very punctual. The process was very smooth. Since I have worked in the software industry, I am familiar with the difficulties faced by clients, but my own collaboration with BR Softech was better than average. They never missed a deadline, and I was given deliverables periodically for testing. We used JIRA for project tracking.

I was able to give them tasks before going to bed, and, by the time I woke up, I would get a response. We communicated before BR Softech shut down for the day. We have not set up any project management tools; I call them directly on the phone or use WhatsApp and Skype for video conferences.
