Product Data Loading: Inputting and organizing product information, including descriptions, prices, and images, into the WooCommerce platform.

Setup and Configuration: Installing and configuring WooCommerce, including necessary plugins and themes to ensure optimal functionality.

Payment Integration: Connecting the e-commerce platform to Stripe for secure and efficient payment processing.

Implementing a 2-tier membership structure: Allowing for differentiated access and benefits based on membership level.

Wavyos Technologies demonstrated exceptional adherence to project timelines. They consistently delivered project milestones and deliverables according to the agreed-upon schedule. There was only one minor delay in setting up the loyalty reward points system though, which was communicated promptly and resolved within 48 hours. The team's responsiveness to our needs was commendable. They showed a high level of attentiveness and flexibility throughout the project.

The initial phase could have been more thorough. A more comprehensive discovery session at the outset might have prevented some minor revisions later in the project. We got to admit too, we might not have a totally clear picture of what we were trying to achieve at the beginning. We were not experienced and we might have aimed too much.

We have been able to reach our target web traffics.

The overall timeline took longer than planned. This is mainly due to the additional contents/ pages we added during the implementation. Originally we were planning to start wtih around 15 pages, it ended up we had 40+ pages when the website was launched. This gave the project team more workloads. They were able to reallocate their resouces and accomodated our new requirements fairly quickly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were particularly impressed with their commitment to the project. When our copywriter gave them more contents than what were agreed in the contract, they didn't stop the project and renegotiate the terms/ costs at that point. I think most vendors would do. They are serious about developing a long term working relationship with the clients.

And the deployment of the website is worry-free for us. Everything needed is taken care of - GA4, SEO Console, CDN, security measure, speed optmization, staging and backup.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Wavyos Technologies Company Limited could have done differently?

It might not be fair to them, still I hope more resources could be allocated to our project.

We found 3 vendors from Internet and referring from existing website vendor. After interview with them, we choose based on the past projects experience, reference and the cost

An initial meeting collected our specification and expected design. After 2-3 weeks, a layout template provided. About 2 months later, the backend and frontend first draft were delivered. After reviewed and revised a number of times, the final version of ISO / Android / backend were ready in early of Jan 2022

A project manager was assigned as a bridge to communicate with the developers. And I will also communicate with the senior consultant for backend and database task related to our ERP system

Now, our staffs can carry the mobile phone to record the customer interested items with rich information from ERP

"Their skill was not only in mobile app development but also security knowledge." The developed app is for inhouse use, there a lot of security controls were added to protect our data.

We select Wavyos through a close tender with another web service provider. Wavyos was chosen based on its price, the account manager whom they allocated to look after us and also its geographic location, being in HK and the geographic and administrative center of our group of offices

Wavyos help us to standardise the technologies that were implemented on our websites across our offices around the world into a common platform technologically Wavyos also help us develop the Chinese website for our China offices, and the websites for our Europe and Middle East offices Wavyos is also responsible for the maintenance of our websites and for update our news sections

We deal directly and only with Hatton Lung, who is the service lead of our account and handles the coordination with all our offices

With the help of Wavyos in standardising and unifying the platform that is used for all our websites, it has enable us to maintain, update and implement new features across all of our websites more easily, such as the recently implement News section and the dynamic news roller across all of the websites of our offices around the globe

Hatton has been a great service lead. He is always diligent and very punctual. His advice is always valued as it is always given based on our needs and best interests.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The service of Wavyos Technologies Company Limited, especially by their service lead, Hatton, has been fantastic. They are punctual, concise and very good value.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Our websites look rigid and static when compares with some of the best designed website and they are not optimised for SEO and google ranking

Having said that, it was of no fault to Wavyos as they were engaged AFTER the current design was implemented and had to work around the style and format If we are to start over again, we will be engaging Wavyos right at the beginning with our web designer to work hand in hand to ensure a better integration between the desired outcome, the technology platform behind and SEO requirements
