I’m the founder of Manson’s Content Brewery, an SEO consultancy working with multiple brands and e-commerce websites across Asia.

What challenge were you trying to address with UXlicious?

We needed support to redesign and rebuild our marketing websites to modernize our brand positioning, improve mobile usability, and increase qualified lead inquiries for our company and our clients. A key objective was also to implement an SEO-ready CMS that allows our team to publish, update, and scale content independently and efficiently.

What was the scope of their involvement?

UXlicious has handled the project end-to-end, covering strategy, UX/UI design, and development. The team has redesigned and built the core marketing pages, including the home, about, services, case studies, blog, and contact pages. They’ve also implemented reusable landing page sections, a CMS-managed blog, lead capture and contact forms with analytics integration, and a responsive design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the site.
In terms of process, UXlicious has completed discovery and site audit, information architecture and wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes, responsive front-end build, CMS setup with reusable templates and SEO fields, performance optimization, analytics and form integrations, cross-device QA, deployment, and post-launch handover with documentation and training.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Within six weeks of launch, the redesigned website delivered clear performance gains, including an increase in leads of around 30% and a reduction in bounce rate of approximately 20%. Page load time improved from about 4.5 seconds to 2.1 seconds, key pages achieved Lighthouse scores of 90+, and content updates were reduced from hours to minutes through the new CMS.

Moreover, after launch, organic visibility improved as the site moved to an SEO-ready structure with faster load times and cleaner page templates, contributing to stronger crawlability and indexing. While the primary focus was conversion and performance, we saw early uplift in organic traffic and engagement metrics, alongside improved Lighthouse SEO scores and a more scalable foundation for ongoing content-led growth.

Within the first six weeks after launch, organic sessions increased by roughly 15%–20%, while average engagement time improved by around 20% and bounce rate dropped by approximately 20%. These gains were driven primarily by improved site speed, clearer information architecture, and cleaner, SEO-ready page templates rather than new content volume.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, the experience has been very positive. If anything, a slightly longer post-launch optimization phase could have been useful, but the handover and documentation have been solid and made ongoing improvements easy on our side.
