The project included the full development of a health and fitness mobile app for iOS and Android. The main deliverables were the app design, AI-powered workout and nutrition plans, an activity tracker, a chat between users and coaches, testing, and the final app ready for publication.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All agreed functionality was delivered on time. AI personalization adapts plans to user data in real time. The app was handed over to the client for publishing under their developer account.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The project was completed within the agreed-upon deadline. The entire project was divided into sprints. At the end of each sprint, we were given a demo, where they explained and demonstrated what had already been done and what was currently being done. The development team and project manager were in constant contact with me. I appreciated the communication process, as all my ideas and suggestions were analyzed and they weren't afraid to be honest about whether an idea should be moved to future releases, as the implementation might deviate from core functionality to secondary features at that point.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Before starting work with this company, I spoke with many other companies and freelancers. What I found unique was the team's ability to clearly and honestly express their opinions on the effectiveness of decisions made regarding functionality, features, and priorities. Also, when we began working together, they sent me a commercial proposal that was very detailed and easy to understand. A company representative spoke with me, explaining the work plans, the steps involved, and the expected outcome in clear, understandable language.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Beetrail International Limited could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind that I'd call a real drawback. The company has been reliable and easy to work with. If anything, continuing to invest in the things that already work well-communication, support, and team culture - would be my only note, and that's more of a 'keep doing what you're doing' than a criticism
