They’ve tried to set things up in the morning, which is usually when clients want to meet, in order to set up the goals of the day. Communication is the number one factor. If something is not working for the client, or if they feel they’re not getting the level of service they anticipated or requested, they’re one phone call away from the CEO. Clients should feel free to voice their opinions and help address the challenge.

They’re great at time management. We didn’t experience any delays, and I have no complaints. I’d rate them a 9 out of 10 in this area. It’d be nice to receive more frequent email updates.
