The first few weeks were very iterative; they clarified and made sure they understood the requirements. Then, they estimated project costs. Our project manager is the best I’ve ever worked with throughout my twenty-five years in IT. She and her team are very proficient in Jira, which they use to track epics and then break those down into user stories. We have a great testing and production workflow. Every two weeks, Leobit delivers their work, my team goes through user acceptance testing (UAT), and then we push to production.
