Though this has been my only omnichannel outreach project, CIENCE’s transparent pricing was a strength compared to projects of other types I’ve worked on. Their team also had a mature view of feedback. When we asked them to change or refine something, they never got defensive, and they worked at it with a quick turnaround time.
