We contacted LevelUp Leads to help us with our outbound sales efforts since we get business through referrals. This is the first time I've gone down this path for our company.

LevelUp Leads supports our outbound sales efforts via email, phone calls, and direct LinkedIn messaging. The team tries a different mix of outbound sales tools and channels to determine which works best for us. LevelUp Leads is responsible for setting appointments with quality leads, and our team closes the sale. LevelUp Leads is also responsible for creating the scripts and messaging for outbound campaigns.

We regularly work with five teammates from LevelUp Leads: Chris (Partner) is one of the top team members, Sarah (Customer Success Manager), Christina (Sales Development Representative) is on the call team, Bart (Copywriter) handles scriptwriting, copywriting, and SEO work, and Marsalis (COO) sends weekly reports.

We found LevelUp Leads through a Google search. After some research, the team ended up on our shortlist. We chose LevelUp Leads because of their level of service and communication ability.
How much have you invested with them?

We've spent around $25,000 since we started working with LevelUp Leads. We started with a monthly fee for the first three months of our engagement and are considering setting a longer-term contract to take advantage of their discounts.

We started working with LevelUp Leads in June 2024, and our engagement is ongoing. We plan to continue working with LevelUp Leads in the long run.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We measure the project's results by the number of quality appointments LevelUp Leads delivers. We're in the middle of closing a potential six-figure project with a long-term partnership. LevelUp Leads does an excellent job of giving us high-quality leads that are highly valuable and can result in big projects. We're responsible for closing sales, and LevelUp Leads not only offers call center services but does whatever works best for our audience.

How did LevelUp Leads perform from a project management standpoint?

LevelUp Leads responds well to our needs and meets requirements. We primarily communicate via Slack daily and have biweekly check-ins via Zoom. I also talk with Chris, who regularly checks in. We don't use project management with the team, but our internal lead management collaborates via HubSpot.

Chris and Sara have stood out. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

LevelUp Leads' strategy and personalized level of service make the team stand out. The team is excellent at letting us know what doesn't work and trying new things. The team is good at communication and can adapt easily. LevelUp Leads is strategy-driven and good at determining what works best for our unique company. 

We spend a lot of time working on our strategy to ensure we're talking the same language to our potential customers. We've seen many service providers that put clients on a call bank and offer a general script. LevelUp Leads isn't like that. We closely monitor their performance and make iterations based on the results we see.

I can't think of anything LevelUp Leads can improve on.

I suggest responding quickly to LevelUp Leads and being helpful in providing what they need to do their best job. Our team is close and quick for them.

Pre-qualify current prospect list (25,000 contacts) into categories to target qualified leads. The lsit was cleaned using predetermined qualifying questions, scripts and standards. During this LevelUp Leads also created a new list of leads to pre-qualify using multiple sources of Data.

All leads were qualified and information was inputted into our CRM system. We are bi-weekly meetings to ensure expectations were being met.

I was most impressed with their dedication to our project. He made sure to check in and have transparent communication during every step.

The only area for improvemenet I would reccomend would be the middle management. Our CSR was great and Chris's was great however there was no true value in our customer success manager. She never had any input or knew anything about our account or how it worked. Thankful we didn't work with her alot but we worked with two different CSR's and both were extremly great to work with and very efficient.

Levelup filled out an onboarding form to start, which we then reviewed together to go over the strategy for the campaigns on our onboarding call. After that, the LevelUp team started sourcing contacts and writing the messaging for our approval. They launched both the email and cold call campaigns at the same time. 
Within a few days, we started seeing interested leads come from both channels leading to scheduled demos. From these demos, we have already closed one deal and there are still several good opportunities in the pipeline.

So, it has been difficult for us to obtain leads. We therefore looked for a marketing firm to assist us in expanding our clientele. We happened upon LevelUp Leads and discovered they had a wealth of helpful suggestions. We gain from it since it provides us with a better path to generate more leads. The weekly reviews, which highlight our accomplishments, are a nice feature. 

Receiving reports on who is responding to our campaigns is something else I enjoy. They sourced all this info, wrote the campaign messaging after we approved it, and made phone calls at scale to book meetings. They committed to doing 130 calls at a minimum per day on average.

We set a goal of scheduling 3 meetings per week, and they were able to hit this target. Some weeks were better than others, but when you averaged out the numbers, they were successful in hitting the target.

1. Cold call outreach to numerous RIA's in the wealth industry - a per month, with actually connecting to around 300 contacts per month with a slid conversion to meeting rate. 
2. After month 1, they started a comprehensive email outreach program and combined it with 
3. a LinkedIn messaging.

We tried to make contact with RIA's ourselves and got absolutely nowhere. We were very surprised that Level Up Lead were able to get responses from prospective clients and secured around 3-4 meetings a week, which is growing each month.

Their approach is very efficient. They set me up on a chat line where I could communicate quickly with all members of the team. Messages were send back and forth easily to quickly address questions from clients they talk to and discuss ways in which we can refine our overall message. 

Bi-weekly calls with the team were set up with discussions about our message and feedback on things like our website and social media ages. All incredibly useful. Weekly stats showing call/meeting ratios and detail on upcoming meetings and background on who.
