In terms of communication, things are pretty great. We have weekly calls and online meetings with team members. Everybody participates and gives their input into the project, so everybody is on the same page and actively involved to finish things on time. Part of the difficulty came from the fact that the creative agency was also involved but not 100% leading the project. Now, we’ve streamlined the whole communication, and things are moving quicker and better.
The communication was good, and the process was transparent enough for us to see what they were doing and planning to do next. Regarding tools and communication, we used Microsoft Teams and email.
Before COVID-19, we had several in-person meetings, but since then, most of our collaboration has been virtual. Still, they have strong communication skills.
