Annie, the digital ads rep lacks professionalism. She's lazy and has an aggressive voice and tone. She is very hostile and acts like her she is entitled. She often spends her time complaing and thinking you're business isn't good enough for her work. She asked me to pay under the table for her work. Very unprofessional person and she doesn't answer calls or reply via email. She needs to fix her attitude up as she is hostile and Annie is rude and tough to deal with she doesn't have customer service skills or people skills.
