We communicate via 2–3 emails each day, which I appreciate, and there have been a few phone calls, which have been really efficient. Whether it’s the 2–3 emails a day, phone calls, or videos they’re sending to show the progress of the website, they’re so on the ball with communicating, and I’ve never once had to wonder what they’re doing.
