Searched for company with experts in the development space we needed, and also a proven company with a great track record.

Went through the first phase of planning and getting a roadmap together with the vision of this app, taking my lead an input as well as advising me along the way we established an SRS that detailed the vision of the app. Followed by Wireframes of the entire app that were given to much for my input, to work with great developers that made it possible to get up to the development phase.

My project manager is my main contact at this point. The developers are involved heavily as well

Within 3 months I had a app ready to go into development.
