Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

With the help of IT Kapital, we developed several automation systems for our operational procedures. The systems integrate the use of various applications such as email, Google Suite tools, Adobe acrobat pdf, digital signature requests, calendar and meeting administration and many more.

The automation system have been designed as a bot that works as a digital assistant as if it were one more employee of the company. IT Kapital helped us develop consistency in the architecture of our operational processes so all client onboarding and communication is up to the same quality standards.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The automation systems are allowing me and my team to work better as repetitive tasks are automated which allows us to focus on higher quality service for our clients.

Projects are handled with much care, detail, and and patience. The nature of our work consists of a lot of data, variables, and details and the team at IT Kaptial always understood the importance of these factors in the way they executed their work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Bilingual services, English and Spanish, are a very strong necessity for my business, and being able to operate with both languages in communication and in the delivery of the products and services is primordial. The team is professional, young, and friendly, which makes working together a smooth and pleasant experience.

Are there any areas for improvement or something IT Kapital could have done differently?

As it was the first time my team hired a engineering firm to develop a custom-made solution, we would have benefited from a little bit of coaching or heads-up about how much time would be needed for the testing phase. At some point we didn't understand that the tools would need more in-depth testing which also translates in more programming time. Once we realized this situation, everything made sense, we just didn't know that would happen!
