Their creativity and Hayleys ability to be incredibly kind, funny and easy to work with but also very professional when need be. It felt like working with a friend, but I knew there would be no slacking nor was I ever nervous about making deadlines or running overtime while shooting. I have worked with past production companies who didn't quite find the balance of working with ease and being professional it was usually one or the other which led to deadlines being missed, or extremely uncomfortable working environments.
