      Pretty easy from my side. I gave most of my feedback directly on the working version rather than writing long specifications. Sometimes it was literally a screenshot and a few sentences explaining what felt confusing. They were good at working that way. I didn't have to translate every idea into technical language, and I always knew what they needed from me. We launched on time. I can't remember nothing special. I would recommend SoftDoes. They were easy to work with, understood what made sense for a business our size, and delivered system we can manage without relying on a developer every time.

We had regular calls, but a lot of the feedback was just me testing the tool and sending screenshots with comments. I would sometimes change my mind after seeing how something worked, and SoftDoes was good at explaining what could be adjusted and what would affect the timeline. There were a few small changes during development. We agreed on the priorities, and the project was delivered within the revised schedule.
