From the very outset the approach was open, transparent and non-pushy. The team took time to understand what we do and what we wanted to achieve. They built a plan around these fundamentals and got on with delivering it. The guys set up a ‘before’ report showing traffic, engagements etc and followed up each month with interim ‘after’ reports so I can clearly see the effect of the investment.
