It's also common for more accessible mid tier agencies to be overloaded and spread thin across their client base. This leads to engagements that are less unified and more boilerplate box-ticking.

As an independent consultant, I work closely with a select number of clients so I can provide the attention required to truly push businesses into sustainable growth - without a huge overhead.
