I'm a department head for Wessex Internet, a broadband company. We roll out full fiber broadband across four regions in the UK, focusing on rural, isolated communities.

Our previous digital agency wasn't performing, so we hired believe.digital.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We initially had a call with Rob, one of the founders of believe.digital, to gain a better understanding of our company and situation. Then, believe.digital presented a proposal focusing on three key areas: SEO improvements and paid ads on Google and Meta.

Although it isn't the reason we've hired them, believe.digital has supported us in generating new ads for our paid social media. The team has taken a brief and created ads for us quickly. We've also worked closely with believe.digital on keyword research. The team has put together a well-researched proposal outlining the keywords we should target.

believe.digital has used various systems to show us what we've been pursuing and what we probably need to pursue. We've reviewed the proposal and asked the team questions before accepting it.

Currently, believe.digital is going through our website pages and suggesting SEO improvements. We've signed off on some of these suggestions and implemented them. The team is also suggesting organizations we need to be affiliated with to get our backlinks higher.

We reviewed all the proposals and found that believe.digital was strong in all areas of digital marketing. The team had a real focus on data, which was one of the areas we needed more insight into and focus on.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our lead generation and web orders have increased since working with believe.digital.

How did believe.digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Believe Digital meets deadlines and stays on budget. We use Google Tasks for project management, hold Google Meet calls every two weeks, and are in constant contact via email.

The team is also available at the end of the phone if we need them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Our relationship with the team has flourished, and we're delighted with it. believe.digital feels like an extension of our team, and we get along with them really well. The team is open to ideas, even for things they don't manage for us, and has gone above and beyond to help us solve problems when we've reached out.

Ultimately, the figures speak for themselves, and we've seen a notable improvement in our performance. Rob from believe.digital is a fountain of knowledge.

Be super honest with them and let them in. We don't hide anything from believe.digital. If we have a problem, we're honest about it and take their suggestions because they're often right. believe.digital is also open to challenges, so don't be afraid to ask questions.

I'm the head of business operations for a men's clothing retailer. We have a physical store in Hastings East Sussex and a significant online presence, selling branded menswear clothing. We sell 70% online and 30% from in-store.
Our company is the official supplier for various brands, such as Napapuri, Fila, Wrangler, etc., and we primarily operate as an independent retailer.

What challenge were you trying to address with Believe.Digital?

We hired Believe.Digital to support our SEO and Google Ads efforts. The aim is to grow our email marketing list and attract more customers to the website for increased sales.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Believe.Digital has been helping us predominantly focus on two things online. They've focused on finding new customers based on our demographics, such as males interested in the brand, and aligning that with TV shows, sports, and other psychodemographic factors. They've used that to help us target new customers through Google Ads and SEO.

They've also been working on retargeting customers who have been on our website or looked at our ads on social media.  We want sales and to capture customers through email marketing so we can ask them to be returning customers.

They've helped us set up an app that feeds into TikTok so that we can do TikTok shopping and we meet TikTok standards. . They've also helped us improve our technical elements of our website so that customers have better experiences.
We run the email marketing, but they've done audits for me, reviewed the flows, and provided suggestions. They've also done technical backend work.

We've worked with Rob, the marketing lead, and Sabrina, the senior digital marketing lead. 

How did you come to work with Believe.Digital?

I found them using SEMrush. Believe.Digital has come in to help us with our Google Ads, strengthen our online position, and do local SEO work. I had loads of people pitch, and then I liked them because they were a small company like us.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've seen a repeat customer return rate increase by 60%. Our sales have obviously increased dramatically with their support and technical efforts. Our email marketing list has grown by 100% in a year since working with them, and we have had a higher range of traffic to our site, leading to more sales. Our conversion rate is over 2%, which is the market value average.

How did Believe.Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

They've sometimes gone over budget, but they've confirmed with us before they've gone over budget and highlighted the benefits and risks of doing that. They've let us make informed decisions. They've met with us monthly, secured backlinks in guest blogs, and provided reports in advance so we can review them. They're very clear in their communication, and sometimes they speak to us in the evenings and weekends.

We've had emails for reports they've sent through, but we've spoken probably 4 to 5 times a week on WhatsApp.
Rob has been really helping us nurture and grow. He has been really focused on having a long-term relationship with us and hasn't acted like he just does additional things for us because he wants to grow with us as a company.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I want to give a shout-out to Rob, the company director. Without him, we wouldn't be where we are. He has helped us personally grow as business owners, not as the businesses grow. He has done really well in helping us grow our email marketing list, bring in sales, and drive people back to our website. He's done amazing with the technical support and coaching that he's provided to us has been invaluable. He's just given so much support to us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're a very down-to-earth company. They genuinely care about your business; that's important. They're a great team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They're limited in what they can do just because they are a small team. Maybe showcase more opportunities and things they can do and some case studies from other pieces of work they've done to get us to do more.. They are very focused on the delivery.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Communicate clearly and regularly with them. It is a two-way relationship. You need to work in partnership with each other. Without the information, they can't do the best job possible, so treat them as members of your team.

How did believe.digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Rob is highly communicative. We typically communicate informally through WhatsApp and formally through Jira. We actually chose Jira as our project management tool, and Rob has accommodated that and signed into our Jira environment to get it done. We also do weekly calls via Microsoft Teams when needed.

I want to give a shout-out to Rob. He’s always accommodating, very helpful, and delivers on target.

Their ability to work with what the client wants and communication skills have been impressive. They’re also very accommodating to changing demands.

Scope out the work you need to be done ahead of time so that you don’t need to make any changes during the process.

I’m a project coordinator at Orbit Spaces, a co-working and meeting room provider with some commercial property buildings. We manage spaces for customers across different locations, primarily in the northwest of England.

What challenge were you trying to address with believe.digital?

We wanted to develop a website that would rank as highly as possible for SEO on search engines. The goal was to have a long-term partner and increase our exposure as quickly as possible. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

believe.digital has been tasked with building the most optimized website possible. The initial phase consisted of them providing consulting on how to construct the website. Currently, they provide SEO services. They conduct keyword research and advise us on site structure so that the language is catered to B2B services to help us maximize sales and get bigger bookings through the door. 

They've also set up our Bing profile, recognizing that most businesses in the UK use Microsoft Edge. Since businesses are our main customers, the Bing profile caters to our business. We also ran a PPC campaign with them for around a month but stopped. Currently, the team provides us with monthly website management.

How did you come to work with believe.digital?

I found them through the Semrush platform. We were in the market, meeting with many different SEO providers and managers, trying to find one that would best fit us. While many companies were making assurances, believe.digital was very open about what we could expect and made no guarantees, which was refreshing compared to the other companies we spoke to. They gave us confidence in their authenticity.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We've measured success by how well the site performs at launch and how optimized it is. We’ve run different tests and concluded that it’s a very efficient, fast, and impressive site built using believe.digital's guidelines. We’ve also seen our keywords and position rankings improving month on month at a steady rate. 

Moreover, the number of users visiting the site is also increasing at a steady rate, and revenue has been increasing month on month. Overall, the results have been coming through, slowly increasing in an upward curve.

Regarding the PPC campaign, they said we could leave it running for a month and see how we got on. We left it running for a month and thought the conversions from it weren’t what we hoped they would be. We were seeing a lot of clicks that were all costing us money, but we were not getting conversions. We powered that campaign down, and the believe.digital team broke down for us why it would be a good idea to leave the PPC for now and pick it up again in the future when we have a more captive audience.

How did believe.digital perform from a project management standpoint?

believe.digital is very responsive. We tend to email them if we need to get a hold of them, and they respond within a couple of hours at the most. We have monthly catch-ups with them, but if we need to speak to them about something specific, it’s not hard to schedule a call.

I want to give a shout-out to Rob.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciate that believe.digital didn't promise loads of results. Then, through using them, they've done better than we thought they would. Other companies try to sell themselves too much and promise results 6 or 12 months into the partnership. Meanwhile, Rob never made such promises; he told us what he could do and that we'd see how it went. We were happy with that. 

believe.digital is upfront and authentic about what they can do and what results they can deliver. They never overdo it, and they’re more professional than some of the other companies we spoke to. 

Moreover, other providers quoted us crazy prices. believe.digital came in at the middle of other prices, and that was attractive to us. They've offered us a fair price.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They're very good on our budget. There’s not much more I’d expect from them without paying them more. For what they give us, it’s a very fair price, and they're delivering results.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have patience. The results come through bit by bit, and they compound. For our project, we've seen this compounding 6 or even 9 months since launching the website. The results haven't come through straight away, but have slowly increasedmonth on month. believe.digital knows what they’re doing.
