We were starting a B2B web-based subscription content service and we hired e-Intelligence to build the website UX/UI, front-end and back-end functionality, SEO optimization and design extrapolation (applying static design pdf's into working web pages).

We has a competitive three-bid process and e-Intelligence had the winning proposal with lowest price, fasted turnaround and most strategic recommendations).

Design wireframe, build website page flow in dynamic modules, coordinate back-end with SalesForce, apply and expand on design and creative implementation, de-bug, be responsive to input and direction changes, optimize for search and launch

5 Project Lead, 2 Sr. Developers, UI/UX designer and QA Software tester. We also had weekly involvement from Sr. Management included, not individually scoped.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project exceed expectations for monthly visitors and new users increased month over month ahead of plan. Back-end connection to SalesForce was seamless and data analysis worked without hitch. Transaction functions were also error-free.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Weekly meetings were very effective and e-Intelligence was responsive to outside of schedule requests on an as needed basis.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were strategic and knowledgeable. The walking is through the process and making the connection between our layperson direction and translating seamlessly to their coders in a more technical manner. We are marketers, not tech experts. No hidden costs or budget surprises.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The project lead needed to be changed about 1/3 of the way through and the hand-off was bumpy. However, once the new team was in-place things flowed smoothly
