Their company does not have a lot of staff turnover and we've consistently worked with the same people during our collaboration. They've been there for us and have come to know what we want. I like that I'm not simply turned over to whoever the new person might be. Other companies we've worked with would pass us off to the new account manager constantly. This comes with a loss of focus. We would need to train that new employee. With Leadhub, if anything, we've had additional staff assigned to our account simply because we're a larger group. When that new person was brought on, she already knew all that there was to know about us. I didn't have to reintroduce myself.

I typically email them if I have a question, but Billy usually responds by visiting my shop since we both prefer face-to-face meetings. This makes me feel that they’re genuinely invested in the success of my business. I’ve spoken to their clients and they receive the same level of attention. By visiting our business, they also get an excellent sense of our day-to-day operation and discover new ways to promote us. They’re readily available, even on weekends, and work late hours if necessary to meet promised deadlines. I recently had an emergency situation that forced me to close our office for a day. I was unsure how to inform our customers of the schedule change, but I texted Billy that Saturday night and he took care of everything, posting notices on our website and social media accounts. He even went by our shop personally to place a note on our front door. They’re extremely helpful and go the extra mile.

The work flow was very convenient. I am a single member business, and having direct contact with both Matt and Hanna was fantastic. If I wanted any changes or had any questions, they were answered nearly immediately with a quick phone call or email. The most impressive quality I felt, was that they seemed genuinely vested in the results I was getting. They were honest if something was not working, and offered ideas to change up the strategy. Also, the ease of direct communication with both Matt and Hanna was outstanding. There were no automated phone calls and no wait times if I needed to contact them about something. I was just a small start up, with a small budget, but I felt like I was treated as well as a large company investing thousands of dollars into their marketing. Matt is also tremendous with thinking of his clients and personally connecting them together if he felt it would be worth introducing them. He made me countless valuable connections in the community, and I can't say enough how grateful I am for that.
