I am a senior head coach and cycling instructor at Cycling Center Dallas, TX. I have been training and coaching in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area for nearly 12 years. With a background in human performance, strength and conditioning, and competitive experience in cycling and triathlons.

We asked them to work on SEO, Social media marketing & PPC campaigns. We also requested them to send detailed reports every 15 days. We have asked them to allocate 30% to PPC and 30% to Social media campaigns and the remaining to SEO.

We were provided with one SEO Specialist and one social media marketing expert. They also gave direct contact with a project manager who was in touch with us through skype and WhatsApp.

We have been able to rise up the ladder for a lot of local keywords relayed to fitness in Dallas, TX. Also, we were getting a considerable amount of traffic from Social Media (Instagram and Facebook)

They use Ahrefs and SErakning to track rankings regularly. They send reports via email every two weeks containing all the link-building activities done over the two-week period.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The local keyword research and on-page are the most impressive things I have seen in the last year. Those two things were crucial for our success as we focused more on ranking for localized keywords.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can’t think of anything that needs improvement at this point.

I am the Founder & Store Owner of an online toy store in Austin. We service. We deliver toys to cedar park, bee cave, kyle, round rock and many other locations near Austin.

One junior SEO analyst worked for our website full-time and one Project manager was overviewing the process.

Since working with Haitna for more than 6 months, our SEO results have had positive results with increasing local rankings, improving the website speed dramatically. We are getting 2-5 leads every week.

They provided access to an online ranking tool that updates the rankings on everyday basis. Apart from this, they also send weekly reports to our email id.

I have approached 3 companies, and only Hainta responded to us quickly in less than 1 hour. They even respond to our emails and messages on Sundays. They are doing pretty well now.

It has been seamless. We use Basecamp for everything. The team is available and responsive, and they provide bi-weekly keyword reports.

I am the Senior Landscape Architect, taking care of a 7 1/2 acre home site with a garden on about 3 acres. We allow families to Pick their Blackberries by making a booking, which will help their bodies and mind spiritually.

We Googled Houston Marketing companies spoke with four companies, and shortlisted their quotes. Haitna's quote was competitive, and they explained things well, so we chose them to proceed with our process.

Haitna helped us with content marketing and Press release work. They have curated a keyword list to target around Houston to rank our website. They gave us a list of 80+ keywords, and we selected 45 keywords to rank our website.

They have allocated an SEO Associate for our website, and a Senior manager was regularly in touch with us every week, and he was providing weekly updates on the work done for our website

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since we began with them, our domain authority has almost doubled from 7 to 13. Their link-building expertise is what we admire, and the increase in domain authority has helped us to rank for more keywords in Houston

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The manager gave regular updates every week, and he explained about the process, which has been a delightful experience for us. They have submitted the reports in a Word format and included the login credentials they have used for all the link-building work they have done.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their communication and tracking process is impressive. Also, I like their strategy and the way they report things through email.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I can’t think of anything negative at this point now, the reason is that they’ve done a great job overall for our website.
