We’re quite pleased. We enjoy where we are with GP. It’s a substantial program with vast capabilities, and we’re still learning it. There’s still significant portions of the program that we don’t understand that we’re still trying to learn. We make efforts to accomplish minor learning tasks every day. The Web component has really been a huge advantage for us. The website, through the provider Azox, has 100 percent integration into GP. When a customer logs in with their unique reference number, they’re in our system, managing their account as if they’re one of our customer service reps. They can do just about everything that we can do on this end of the computer. For a company our size and in an industry like ours, that’s virtually unheard of. We’re very happy with those two aspects. GP grants a lot of flexibility and a lot of power that we didn’t have before.
