They also send me weekly reports of our employees' progress, which they send as links to online files to make them readily and easily accessible. A lot of other vendors that I’ve worked with just disappeared to do their work once we signed the contract, but this wasn’t the case with TPx Communications — they contact me regularly to make sure that things are going the way I wanted them to go.
