We have a ticketing system. Any time we have an issue that’s IT-related, we’ll send a ticket, and they’ll contact us right away via email or a call. They’re very responsive and take care of our needs. Their response time is great and so is their ability to get the job done. They’re able to diagnose a problem and resolve it quickly. We need both to prevent a lot of downtime.
