This final bit may sound like a minor detail, but for a vintage guitar store with finicky customers who have loads of other places to take their business if desired, it makes all the difference, and IT Goat went above and beyond to ensure these updates to the phones didn't scare customers away.

      Other more traditional MSPs we worked with in the past were usually knowledgeable, but they had teammates knowing three different topics at once. However, Integris is really deep and granular regarding their expertise. They have a lot more to offer when it comes to their knowledge in different fields and areas. Their knowledge encompasses disaster recovery, cybersecurity, server environment, and storage.

However, Integris is really deep and granular regarding their expertise. They have a lot more to offer when it comes to their knowledge in different fields and areas. Their knowledge encompasses disaster recovery, cybersecurity, server environment, and storage.
