The timelines may have changed, but it was due to the increased knowledge and change in decisions throughout the process to ensure we got MORE than what we expected and needed. TPx secures multiple project managers for each area of the project to ensure that each goal is met as efficiently as possible. If road bumps occurred, they were handled with professionalism and the end result was always better than we anticipated. It takes moments to receive a reply to an email, text message, or phone call. It's quite impressive.

For me it is the level of expertise that BetterWorld has or has access to that most impresses me. I have quickly come to trust their advise and judgement. I am also grateful to see continuity in the folks we are working with. Sometimes companies have 'start up' staff and then pass you off to someone else - which doesn't always work well. BetterWorld has not done that.

They have almost a teaching element that they give us which we don't see a whole lot of from other vendors. If we had any issues pop up during testing and post cut-over, our problems were resolved in a quickly time manor (less than 24 hours).
