The Media Giant team is open to my ideas and constructive feedback. They do what I want them to do, but they’re not afraid to tell me when it’s not in my best interest. They’ll then give me a logical explanation. If I still wish to do something, they have no issues with it. On top of that, Media Giant is composed of great people who listen to our needs and design customized solutions for our business. The team always helps us with issues. Finally, they tell us when we shouldn’t waste our money on something even though they might be able to take some percentage from it.

The timelines may have changed, but it was due to the increased knowledge and change in decisions throughout the process to ensure we got MORE than what we expected and needed. TPx secures multiple project managers for each area of the project to ensure that each goal is met as efficiently as possible. If road bumps occurred, they were handled with professionalism and the end result was always better than we anticipated. It takes moments to receive a reply to an email, text message, or phone call. It's quite impressive.
