I am a Head of Product at an HRM startup. We have delivered enterprise software solutions that have transformed business processes for hundreds of customers since its inception. The online products division and has a range of Cloud ready products in the areas of HR & Payroll, Employee Portal based HRMS, Core Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

We represent a SaaS HR software solution. Uinno acted as an extended team that was initially engaged in frontend development and IT infrastructure implementation. However, within a while, the team started performing a part of backend development tasks. In particular, they worked with .NET technology very well.

We always approach the selection of the contractor very thoroughly. It is important that the team is fully involved in our processes and can apply its best experience rather than just execute the tasks. Our project is quite big. So a long-lasting and thorough cooperation is of great importance. To make sure we are on the same page with the development team, we have implemented four stages of vendor selection. Only after passing this selection process, we make up a decision. We were astonished by Uinno's deep expertise in the relevant area and how broadly they look at the tasks pool.

Frontend development and IT infrastructure implementation were the first stages of our cooperation. There were many tasks to complete and lots of work to perform. For instance, they had to develop recruitment pipelines, incorporate the solution with internal tools, integrate it with external job boards, etc. After a while, the Uinno team started noticing certain issues in the backend part of the HRM software. As they have offered reasonable solutions, we have decided to delegate them this scope of work as well. ReactJS, Redux, Typescript, Microsoft Azure, and .NET were the core technologies in this project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our product is an ecosystem of software solutions for HR and recruitment. Some subproducts are already working, the others are still in the development stage. As to measurable outcomes, it is hard to estimate. We collaborate within a time and material model and can confirm the highest efficiency of the Uinno development team. Our business results are our private thing, they don't relate to the development phase.

I’ve decided to search for a software development vendor by recommendations. By the way, namely, our startup networking community has advised me to use the services of Uinno.

All I had at the start was an idea. It was necessary to build a project architecture and work out wireframes and an app prototype. Since the beginning and to this day we are working via a time-and-material collaboration model.

In the beginning, there was a whole development team: tech lead, UI/UX designers, and iOS developers. Currently, we continue developing the project with two developers and at times involve designers to create new features design.

The mobile application is a fully finished product that is ready to enter the market. However, we continue supporting its functionality and developing new features. At the moment, our main achievement is $1.7 million in fundraising for further product development and marketing activities.

I have nothing to compare it to. But I believe that my first experience with a software development vendor was rather successful. I am very pleased with the prompt communication they provide me with.

After 7 months of joint work, we continue our efforts in the full product development. I enjoy every step of the way.

SaaS tipping platform provided on a custom basis for various brands that should conduct internal sports betting tournaments among its clients. We already had an MVP and wanted to scale it.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

When choosing a vendor, the main point was the previous experience of a successful turnkey solution development. We were looking for a development team that would cover all our needs. We chose Uinno because they have made a thorough analysis of our challenges and offered a perfect development flow. Another factor that has had a huge influence on our decision was their experience in developing platforms specialized in betting, tipping, and so on.

We already had an MVP and wanted to scale it. But it was built specifically for one sports activity. So every time we needed to create a new application for each new sport. In these conditions, our core objective was to create a universal, all-in-one platform with a similar pattern. It required the development team to deliver a whole new solution architecture design, web frontend and backend development, and database implementation. Due to the heavy load after all database calculations, we need to move everything to the cloud where experience with AWS and Redis was most important.

Three software developers, a project manager, and a team lead worked on our project. We were very delighted with the code review conducted by the team leader that ensured the highest product quality.

We have received an opportunity to add new sports activities and enter new markets without creating a whole new application from the ground. At the moment, we are scaling to the UK.

I have worked with the management team at Uinno for many years in the past, they are incredibly trustworthy, hard working and skilled in what they do. I trusted they would ensure we got high quality support for our project and that if we were to expand our needs they would be around to support.

The project was to support manual QA of our app on an ongoing basis. Approximately 10hrs per week but then also ramp up during important times such as major product releases. The project took part in two main stages:

1. The ongoing manual QA of our product across device, browser etc, and recommendations for how the user experience could be made better to give us confidence in the quality of product we shipped to customers
2. Helping us build out our automated testing capability for key user journeys that would enable our QA resource to focus on more complex testing scenarios while the straight forward key user journeys were automated.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Automated testing saved us a lot of time, where as before we were needing to run through 50 test cases or so before comfortable to release, not that occurs automatically. We also never shipped low quality product to our customers which shows in their reviews

The workflow was highly effective, we had clear communication lines for ongoing briefs and report sharing via slack, and also could setup calls ad-hoc to discuss more complex tasks or scenarios.

They offer a high-quality service that is extremely flexible to our business as a startup needs changes very fast. Uinno was always around to support.

main decision factor was experience in previous similar projects, as I had specific requirements re Tech stack, i.e. Backend on PHP, and Frontend VueJS, so that our internal team can provide guidance for integration with internal tools and services. Another key factor was providing clear guidance re architecture and approach for scalability, given how fast our company is growing

After launching the product for internal needs, we have seen 60% decrease in time consumption of routine work for staff, which meant 35-40% increase in productivity level during the day as team members could invest time into business needs, rather than in routine work

We have followed Agile methodology, as it was one of the main requirements in this aspect, that however was complimented with regular standups and reports, as well as adhoc meetings with key team members to discuss and brainstorm ideas or pivot available requirements.

Only 4 star rating out of 5 in my feedback is pricing, therefore I would want the rate card could be a little lower, even though every penny was worth it.

website and a Bubble-based custom learning platform. The landing site serves as

a marketing and information hub showcasing available programs and services.

The platform allows registered users to purchase courses, access a library of

video lessons and materials, track progress through daily quests, test and many

more.

The platform was launched on time and within budget, performing smoothly from

day one. Uinno’s no/low-code approach allowed us to launch fast. The platform’s

simplicity, performance, and gamified features significantly improved

engagement and experience.

Their project management was excellent. They kept clear communication,

provided regular updates, and delivered every milestone on time. Uinno’s team

was very responsive to our feedback and flexible when priorities shifted. They

Uinno stood out for their ability to combine speed and quality. The UX/UI

was beautifully designed in a fraction of the time. And the most

impressive thing was their ability to understand our business and

Nothing major. A few minor UI adjustments came up after launch, but the team

handled them quickly. Overall, the collaboration was excellent, and we were very

satisfied with both the process and the results.

I’m a system architect and senior consultant at consultant company Captam Finland Oy. I was hired as programme manager for Envirovet Oy that provides a quality management system for veterinarians and public sector health workers.

What challenge were you trying to address with Uinno?

We needed full delivery and service with the implementation of modern quality management system localized to Ukraine.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Uinno developed a fully working quality management system according to our specifications. The system included all specified functionalities and about 20 quite complex UI views. The UI views were about managing the yearly quality plan, writing down the observations from audits, and managing management meetings, tasks, and memos.

Uinno is now hosting the whole system, and the project continues in maintenance mode.

What is the team composition?

We were directly in contact with four teammates from Uinno.

How did you come to work with Uinno?

We found Uinno through a referral from our Ukrainian contact and an online search. We sent an RFQ to some possible candidates, and Uinno’s communication was easy and superior from the beginning. Additionally, their final offer was the winning one.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2024, and the implementation project ended in June 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The system is ready and working, and users have been welcoming and glad about the new system. The only metrics we have right now are the positive feedback from users. Some user groups participated in the initial specification phase and had a say in the UX design. They say that the new system is way better than the old one.

How did Uinno perform from a project management standpoint?

The original schedule went a little over the planned time, but it was a coordinated effort. Uinno handled the delay well. We always had an architect coordinating the latest finalizing issues from Jira. Communication was super excellent from the beginning. The last months could have had more status meetings, but we managed to keep things in order with Jira and Slack.

We were impressed with Uinno’s communication, flexibility, agility, and technical skills.
