Whenever we need something, we send an email to their provided addresses, which then goes into a ticketing system on their end.       Moreover, their timeliness and follow-through are excellent. Our staff appreciates the layman's mentality they bring to the table to communicate with us. Integris is always on time. If they use project management tools, they use them internally, so we don't have visibility. Still, they lay out a project plan for every project, and we have the opportunity to review it and agree on it.
