Tickets can be issued by email and we also have access to portals. It all depends on the user's preference since not everyone communicates the same way. Switchfast Technologies has been tremendously accommodating in fitting within our schedule versus simply telling us when an issue would be fixed. We have an account manager from Switchfast Technologies, but there are multiple ways of starting remediation and ticketing.
