They doggedly solved interface issues and politely worked with our non-techie staffer to bring about a smoothly functioning implementation of Barracuda email service protection of all our user accounts. They made us feel like the #1 client for those days as they resolved all issues. Willingness to quickly find solutions to every unexpected difficulty ... of which there were many. Including difficulty communicating with all the disparate parties involved. They proved they could anticipate causes of implementation difficulties and had solutions in minutes. Headspinningly fast, competent service.
