Since we’re a small company, there isn’t always a project owner on our side. Our teammates are doing many things, and we don’t always fully manage our projects. They’ve been great at managing projects and meeting deadlines. Most of our projects have always been planned out, and both teams try to minimize the number of projects with hard deadlines. Some projects have mini-projects that must be completed before the bigger project can proceed. Sometimes, Bit by Bit has mini-projects of their own, or I’m relying on a third party to finish something before we can complete everything else.
