Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the Vice President of Marketing and Customer Experience for CARROLL, a commercial real estate investment management firm that owns and operates 35,000 apartment homes across the United States.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Uassist.ME?

We hired Uassist.ME to build out a lead management team that manages the lead pipeline in our CRM from first touch until the sales team takes over. They qualify and nurture leads to prime them for closing (for us, leasing an apartment).

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

We interviewed several offshore staffing companies and have found UAM to be the best. Not only is the team fluent in English and Spanish, the workers are close to our timezone, college educated, and easy to work with.

We started small with just a few full time employees in 2020 and have grown to about 15. They are divided up across our portfolio to specialize in and create ownership over a portion of the portfolio each. Together, we built a sustainable and efficient lead management process.

We hire UAM employees just like our own full time employees. UAM sends resumes, we interview them, and make a decision between several qualified candidates.

With their support, we've stablized our pipeline and increased conversion by over 10%.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Remote management of the team was a concern, but we have found it to be seamless. We have a point person on the UAM side that helps to manage the team's day-to-day and we work through Microsoft Teams and Slack to stay connected.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What really differentiates UAM though is its company culture that creates GREAT employees who are satisfied, empowered, curious, and diligent.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Mostly our partnership has been flawless. There is some expected turnover, but actually much less than anticipated.
