The assistant helps me organize my personal finances, including categorizing expenses to prepare for taxes, reviewing credit card and bank statements, and doing personal accounting and bookkeeping. She also helps me organize appointments, emails, and calendars.

It is taking some time to train our virtual assistant, but I think that is typical for anyone starting in a new position. So far, it has been great, and we are starting to get into a flow that is very helpful.
