Every time there was a challenge, they were transparent and kept us informed. There was a point where we were ready to give up and move to a back up mobile app solution, but Lucid pushed through and even flew over a replacement headset from Ukraine to London, and they didn’t charge us for the flight and transportation. Be explicit that you want honesty and transparency; at least if you have that, you can plan accordingly as any issues come up rather than being told what problems there were when the project is done or deadlines aren't met and you're not quite happy.

It was a complicated process, as our internal team works in very different time zones. We could have been more organized on our end, but we were very pleased with the results. The whole timeline was much shorter than would be ideal, but they overcommunicated and made sure everything was finished in time.
