They spent a lot of time liaising with colleagues as to what the intended website should contain, look like, what was important, what functionality was required etc. They were incredibly patient with us as we had some staff sickness then absence which messed with the original deadlines but they were very flexible and understanding. Their cultural and political sensitivity was excellent also.
