At the end of each sprint, they produce a report, and we conduct a sprint cycle review to discuss what we’ve accomplished. We experienced several product changes because we’re building pretty quickly, but they accommodate well. The project manager coordinates all moving parts, and our teams utilize Basecamp and Zoom to connect and share content. We appreciate the effort they put in to make sure we are successful. When I’m on the phone with the offshore developers, our D.C.-based project manager is on the phone as well. There’s a time difference, and there will be a recording of the call, but she’s there to participate. That level of involvement is refreshing.

When the app was first launched, Mobomo provided a lot of quality assurance support. They were very hands-on in terms of fixing bugs, glitches, and other issues. I'll probably end up hiring Mobomo again for slightly larger and more complicated projects because they were good at supplying content and at finding and resolving problems.
