Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We received assistance from STS Software in developing Magento.  They assessed the modules needed to upgrade from Magento 1 to Magento 2 and inquired about the modifications we want when they joined the team.   The requirements were then gathered by STS Software.  We collaborated on the upgrading with a DevOps team.  They created our Magento backend and conducted UI research.   The team also assisted us with the Odoo implementation of our CRM system.  In the end, they integrated our CRM into our Magento backend after working closely with us to design it.  We had a testing phase followingSTS Software's completion of the original project.  We are still conducting validations and verifications at this time.  STS Software fixes issues, manages change requests, and provides maintenance.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to the efforts of STS Software, our site is currently operational and features an improved user interface and user experience.  Traffic from our targeted clients nationwide has increased by almost 200%.  In addition, conversions have increased by 50%, meaning that more people are using our website to make purchases in addition to just browsing it. 

From the standpoint of digital marketing, the website has enhanced our SEO and strategy.  Because to the manner STS Software created the website, we have a lot higher search engine rating.

STS Software offers a great deal of communication flexibility.  We have all of our documentation in email.  In addition, we have a task-tracking application and a WhatsApp group.  All things considered, our communication system is excellent.  We track milestones and hold weekly and monthly meetings.  We had to hire a new project manager when our original one quit, and STS Software made the process go smoothly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I value how reasonable our expectations were made by STS Software's candor in their initial assessment.  The group was open and honest about the state of affairs and our predicament.  They explained to us what was and wasn't feasible in terms of needs.  In addition to being technologically advanced, STS Software excels at UI research and is an Odoo specialist.  Particularly with regard to the sales and marketing modules, such as obtaining customer information and CRM connectivity, their program administration has been simple.  Additionally, the STS Software team facilitates candid conversations regarding the project.  They take a very professional stance.  Working with STS Software has been a delightful experience, and the entire process has gone incredibly well.

Since we are a Microsoft firm, we held many workshops where we discussed technical needs as well as what we wanted the platform to perform from a functional standpoint.  Wireframes, mockups, and a workload estimate were produced from those workshops.  Since then, we've been collaborating with that group to keep developing our platform.

Our platform has been distributing apps and updates to over 250k users since its inception a few months ago, and it continues to expand.

To meet our unique requirements, STS Software created a communication bridge and protocol that was tailored to our website, the new WMS API, and the Linkeepers API.  Real-time inventory monitoring, logging, audit, performance and stability optimisations, reporting tools, identifying misalignment with external systems, and seamless connectivity with third-party systems such as ERP and payment gateways were among the main outputs.

Faster order processing, more precise inventory monitoring with real-time updates, and insightful information from thorough reporting are all measurable results of the initiative.  These outcomes improved our operational effectiveness and enabled us to meet our expansion objectives.

We had the chance to collaborate with a group of very talented cybersecurity experts who continuously showed that they could follow instructions and produce excellent outcomes.  Experience in incident response, security architecture, intelligence, penetration testing, threat hunting, IAM, and MDR/MSIEM operations were among the resources offered. They played a key role in assisting Redpoint with its initiatives by bolstering the security architecture, handling incidents, controlling access, and quickly identifying risks.  From tool deployment and detection rule building to live incident response and resolution, they were instrumental in our MDR team's development and maturation. We were able to strengthen our entire security posture, put in place clear security rules and procedures, and create a proactive threat-hunting program thanks to their work.

I am entirely satisfied with the quality and accuracy provided by STS Software; the quality of the materials was impressive, we received clear answers to all our research questions, and we received even more than we expected (recommendations, EN-RO translation proposals). We have not yet released any measurable results; the final measurable results will be known when we release the new design (STS Software only helped us in the design phase). We have previously worked with a number of research companies.
