Once you do that, they will not waste your time. They will go hunting for people and once they find someone they believe might reach or exceed your criteria, then you will hear back from them. Take your time upfront to clearly specify as much as you can when it comes to what you’re looking for and what your criteria are. Even with the things you’re having a hard time articulating, jump on a call with them and explain it over the phone.
