At this point, I trust them. We have the timeframe, whatever the timeframe is – sometimes a month, sometimes six months – but I trust the fact that with AppInventiv, they're just going to fix stuff. If it's broken, they'll fix it.

      Probey's project management was top-notch. They ran the project like a well-organized field operation. We had a detailed project plan from the start with clear milestones. Our weekly check-in calls were always focused and productive, and they delivered every major phase on or ahead of schedule. Their response to our needs was fantastic. There was one specific instance during the development of the client portal. Our safety manager reviewed a mock-up and suggested a small change to how we display inspection certificates, wanting them to be more prominent. I passed this feedback to our Probey project lead, expecting it to be a 'phase two' kind of request.       We work in an agile approach so that we can attend to any changes that come along the way rather than having an archaic waterfall approach to app development. We had design workshops initially in person and since COVID-19, we’ve had them online. The designer will share the screen, we go through designs, pick and choose, edit the way it looks, and give a bit of feedback. Due to their friendly nature and collaborative approach, other people will give little bits of input as they see fit as they’re looking over the shoulder of other people working.
