Jan ShairFounder & Software Engineer

Jan leads FinTaxTech, bringing hands-on experience in Android, iOS and cross-platform development. He helps businesses shape clear requirements and build practical websites, mobile apps and AI-assisted workflows.

What Sets Us Apart

Clear scope before work starts

We turn requirements into a written proposal covering deliverables, exclusions, cost and ownership, so you understand what is being built and how the project will proceed.

Practical engineering across platforms

Websites, native iOS and Android apps, Flutter and Kotlin Multiplatform are selected around the users, device features and support needs of the project.

AI efficiency with human review

We use AI where it helps, with human refinement, agreed approval steps and exception handling. Automation is scoped around a defined business process and tested against agreed requirements.

Commonly Asked Questions

Tell us what you want to achieve and complete the relevant project enquiry. We review the requirements and prepare a written proposal covering deliverables, exclusions, timing and cost. Work starts after the scope and commercial terms have been agreed.

Yes. We build native iOS apps in Swift and native Android apps in Kotlin, as well as Flutter and Kotlin Multiplatform solutions. We recommend an approach around your users, device features, budget and long-term support needs. Platforms and features are agreed in the proposal.

After full payment, you own the agreed final deliverables, subject to third-party licences and the written proposal. Your domain, repository, app-store and service accounts stay in your name. Editable design source files must be agreed in scope. Our internal prompts, workflows and methods remain ours.

Each workflow is scoped around a defined process, approved inputs and suitable system access. We agree human approval points, exception handling and acceptance checks before use. AI outputs can require review; we do not promise fully autonomous or error-free decisions. Suitability depends on data quality, privacy and risk.

Our website and mobile app services focus on new builds and complete rebuilds. We do not take on legacy-code repair, debugging, partial rescue projects or abandoned codebases. We can scope a replacement around your current business needs and agree any content or data migration separately.
