We got to know about Mr. Masood who is the owner of SecondWave Apps through one of our acquaintance.
Describe the project in detail.
Well, at first, they had to integrate the existing software products list and its database with the mobile application, then we asked them for further classifications, filters, payment gateway and much more.
From their end, the project management was always on time and they proposed nice solutions to every issue/problem whenever occurred.
What was the team composition?
Well, there were 4 guys. I talked mostly to the project manager and senior developer.
But I believe there were two more, one at the software integration part and other was junior developer.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The outcome of this project is that now there is a revenue stream from online sales, specifically coming through ecommerce mobile apps.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
I would say its good enough that it can be improved. They could do it in a better way if only the senior members of team from both ends communicate with each other.
